Call For Abstracts
AATC 2024 calls for Oral, Posters and Workshop submissions.
The deadline for submissions is 14 May 2024.
2024 Themes
AATC 2024 seeks submission that is relevant to the following themes. These themes are broad and inclusive and aim to assist with directing your submission.
Conference Themes:
- People
- Policy
- Products
- Provision
- Personnel
- Place
Oral and Poster Submissions must include:
- Title
- Specified presentation type: oral or poster presentation
- Theme selection (focus area)
- Author/s of abstract
- Use of Abstract template provided
- Workshop length: 2, 3, or 4 hours
- Accompanying summary: 50 words (maximum)
- File label: AATC2024_Abstract_presenting authors first name_presenting authors last name
- Submission type: Word Document not .pdf
- Presenting author’s biography
Workshop Submissions must include:
- Title
- Specified presentation type: oral or poster presentation
- Theme selection
- Author/s of abstract
- Use of Abstract template provided
- Body of abstract: 500 words (maxiumum)
- Accompanying summary: 50 words (maximum)
- Additional workshop information (noted in template)
- File label: AATC2024_Abstract_presenting authors first name_presenting authors last name
- Submission type: Word Document not .pdf
- Presenting author’s biography
Successful Abstract Presentation Formats:
Oral Presentations
Accepted Oral Presentations will be assigned an allocated timeslot designated by the Program Committee. This presentation will include 15-20 minutes to present (subject to change), including Q & A (Questions and Answers). Successful presenters will be required to provide a PowerPoint deck in 16:9 ratio. More details will be provided once accepted.
Poster
Accepted Poster presenters must design a poster in A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), organise the printing of the Poster and hang it in their allocated place as directed by the organisers.
Workshop Sessions
Accepted Workshop facilitators will be allocated a timeslot designated by the Program Committee on Wednesday 6 November 2024.
